Rules for Year End Tournament for Under 8 and 10 Teams - 2011

- Participation of Parent Volunteer to be verified to clear team for participation in tournament
- All team coaches must register their team at tent 30min before their first game on Saturday.
- Coaches will be provided with their teams Lunch vouchers.
- Kincardine coaches shall bring their teams completed Player Evaluations at registration.
GAMES
- All teams are guaranteed three games.
- Games will be two 20 minute halves with 5 minute break.
- All teams will have a min of 45 min break time between each game.
PLAYING TIME
- During Games all players dressed are required to play in every half. All Players are required to be substituted off at least once per half (unless team is short on players then it is expected that all players will be substituted equal).
POINTS & TIE BREAKERS
- In Round Robin play teams will get 3 point for a win and 1 point for a tie. If teams are tied after round robin play the tie will be broken using the following;
- Firstly by winner of game played between the tied teams.
- Secondly by goals for vs. goals against. (max 5) (We will only be using a five goal differently i.e I f a team wins 10-0 the goal differently would be five).
- Thirdly by goal average (goals for divided by goals against) and
- lastly by a 5 goal penalty shootout.
FINAL GAMES
- Finals Games will be two 25 minute halves with 5 minute break:
- Ties in final games. Two five minute sudden death halves. No break between halves.
- If still tied after sudden death five Penalty shootout. If tied after five Penalty shootout then sudden death penalties.
Note: No player may shoot twice until entire roster has shot beginning with players on field. First five penalty takers must be identified to the referee
