GO GLASS VS TARA JUNE 30
(Written by J. Cook) The weather was cool and clear in Tara on June 30th as Kincardine’s Under 14 Go Glass Boys Soccer team were on the road facing Tara.
The teams were evenly matched in the first half with much of the game played in centre field. Each team scored early with Kincardine squeezing a second goal in before half time. Kincardine goals were scored by Jason MacKinnon and Geordie Farrell. The second half continued with a tense back and forth play. Tara evened up the score and then put one final ball in the net in the dying minutes of the game leading to Kincardine’s second loss of the season – losing 3-2.
