I am not sure I believe the thermometer in my car as it read 15C after the game.
I couldn't feel my fingers there were so cold. What wasn't cold was the play the Acciona Thrashers put forth on this cold and rainy night. Relentless pressure from the midfields and forwards were backed by a determined and almost perfect defense. Goals coming from Shayne and Liam and pressure from Ben and Leah kept B&W on their heels for most of the game. Wesley, Larissa, Ethan and Kyle thwarted all but one of B&W's attempts to put a marker on the scoreboard.
A great effort and a hot start, on a cold night, to the season!
