· Existing Competitive Teams wanting to enter an Ontario Soccer sanctioned Festival or Tournament
o Requires an Approved Roster from EMSA
o Register through the Event website
o Obtain necessary approvals via CTMS
· House League or Recreational Teams wanting to form for the sole purpose of playing their existing league and forming a team just to enter
o Identify to KMS the players and qualified staff (Competitive level qualifications required) to create and roster a “team” to submit for EMSA approval
o Requires an Approved Roster from EMSA
o Register through the Event website
o Pay fees and collect funds from parents
o Obtain necessary approvals via CTMS
