Please note the following conditions:
- Refunds will not be considered if a request is made less than 14 days before the program start (start of the league schedule season).
- Refunds will not be granted after the program start date. Exceptions will be made for medical or extenuating circumstances.
- Refunds will not be granted if a player is suspended or expelled under KMS’s discipline policy or code of conduct rules.
- For requests related to season-ending injuries or other medical reasons, a doctor’s note may be required.
- Refunds are not provided due to the cancellation of games resulting from inclement weather.
- All refunds are subject to an administrative fee and are credited back to the card that was used during the registration process.
- Allow for up 14 business days for the processing of a credit card refund or up to 30 days for refunds issued by cheque.
- A full refund will only be provided if KMS is unable to run an advertised program due to insufficient registration numbers.
COMPETITIVE LEAGUE REFUND POLICY
- Subsequent to a player accepting a place on a Competitive team, through the on line registration and payment process, there will be NO refund at any point thereafter.
IMPORTANT NOTE
- Once a player has registered, KMS commits to expenditures that are not recoverable to the club when a member withdraws. (ie. Online registration fees, bank fees, insurance fees). In regards to these not recoverable costs, an administrative fee of $25.00-$50.00 will be applied to any authorized refund. The final amount of any refund will be at the discretion of KMS. Allow 3 to 4 weeks for authorized refunds to be processed.
