URGENT - Volunteers Required For U4 – U10 End of Year Tournament
Submitted By John Adams on Tuesday, August 9, 2016
As many of you know we have an End of Year Tournament to finish the Soccer Season. The Executive do a great job of organising it and ensuring the kids have fun. What you may not know is that we cannot do this alone and this year we are desperately short of Volunteers to assist in making this happen.

We have 34 teams participating in the Tournament yet only 9 teams have provided a volunteer. All we ask is 1 hour from each team. That is it. There are over 400 Parents involved in this Tournament but only 9 parents have stepped up.

Who Has Still To Volunteer:

It is easier if I advise of the teams who have provided someone to date;

U4 California, U4 Forest

U5 Jade, U5 Navy

U8 Ripley

U10 Lazy J Ranch, U10 Creative Casuals, U10 Little Beginnings, U10 MicroAge Basics,

What Help Do We Need:

We need people to support in these areas:

Friday night set up ( 4:00 - 5:00)
Saturday morning set up ( 7:30 - 9:00)
Parking assistance ( Saturday 08:00 – 13:00 )
Food service ( Saturday 11:00 – 13:30)
Saturday cleanup ( about 3:00 to 4:00)

Who Do I Contact:

If your team is not on the list above and you are willing to Volunteer please send your volunteer name to Robert Bishop at robert[email protected]m

This is your Soccer Club. These events will continue or end based on your ability to support them.

Thank you all.

Stuart Killin
