- The Club has an account as Kincardine Minor Soccer being a member of the EMSA District and recognized by OSA
- Exec members have or can have access
- Registrar is currently the Administrator
- responsible for:
- Club approvals & submission to EMSA
- setting up and managing users
- Team staff can have access
- Primarily needed if teams plan to play non-league games
- festivals or tournaments
- exhibition games
- Most common forms submitted
- Approval to Travel
- Approval to Host and Exhibition
- There are no email notifications to the Club
- coaches or team managers submitting forms need to email the Club so we know to check for them
- The Club needs to email and notify EMSA
- In season EMSA typically checks once a week on their own
