  • Each year in January we get an email from the director of Timbits program with details on how to order the kits for our U4, U5, U6 ages

    • Please keep the main email as the Club, so we don't lose access info from year to year when Club positions change
    • Estimate and order early as sizes and colours will "sell-out"

    • Clubs profile on Tim Horton's ordering site:
      • Contact should be updated to Name and Phone of the current Equipment Manager
      • Address: leave as the Davidson Ctr because it requires a street address (no a PO Box) so the Club uses that in these scenarios
      • Shipping address: can be any exec member, usually there will be 10-12 boxes delivered.  Since we don't have a Club office location, an exec home address should be used for the delivery location
    • Quantities?
      • Check with the Club Registrar to get the prior year Timbit player count and number of teams as an indicator
    • Sizes?
      • This is a bit of an art and less science. but typically...
        • U4 are the smallest sizes
        • U5 are the middle sizes 
        • U6 are the bigger sizes
