Roles & Responsibilities for teams playing outside of Kincardine House League (KHL) or Lake Shore League (LSL)

Kincardine Minor Soccer (KMS) League Team Festival Only Team
Governing Rules Canada Soccer, Ontario Soccer, Elgin Middlesex Soccer Association (EMSA). We do not support rogue actions when associated with KMS and any information leading to putting the Players or Club at risk may result in the de-affiliation of a team from KMS CA/OSA/EMSA and the Association Rules for the League you are playing in or at. Staff KMS is required to identify different staff roles for a roster to submit for approval. 1 Head Coach, Assistant Coaches and a Team Manager Staff should be fully qualified for the minimum criteria for each role. Anyone not meeting the qualification criteria will not be approved on a roster by EMSA and should not be on the field with players at practice or during games. Spectators n/a OSA has a rule now where teams are responsible for addressing bad spectator behavior to Referees/Match Officials.
