Ontario Soccer has their
Ontario Soccer's Club Account Registry OSCAR (where KMS has to submit teams, rosters, players every season ) that runs on a module of SportsEngine (not the same as the App). You as a parent or guardian that has registered your player(s) will also have an Ontario Soccer account
- if you registered a player prior to 2025, you will already have an account
- if you are new to KMS, you may get notification of your Ontario Soccer account from SportEngine before the season starts
Kincardine Minor Soccer uses
*new in 2025* SportsHeadz (
sports management platform is the engine behind the KMS website, club's player registration system, etc.)
- You will have a
Registration account only with KMS, which you will have created at the time of the club's player, staff or referee registration.
Soccer in Ontario has multiple vendors in the market for Associations, Leagues and Clubs to run & manage their seasons, teams, etc. Each platform has a mobile app version. While Kincardine Minor Soccer doesn't mandate the use of these apps, they can come in handy for communications, schedules, etc.
- SportsHeadz team app
- which has a link at the bottom of this page, gets its info directly from the platform that the Club uses to manage most everything from team schedules, rosters, RSVP, chat, etc.
- Available for teams to use once players and coaches have been rostered (by early May)
- MySoccer team app
- recently announced by Ontario Soccer with more details to come
- tbd on when and if KMS teams will be able to utilize this app
- E2ESoccer team app
- (platform for some of the Competitive Leagues sites such as EDMSL and SDSL). Downloading this is a team preference, so talk to your coach on what they want to use. Since the leagues control game schedules, the E2E app would provide the most real time update of any schedule changes or field locations, etc.
- SportsEngine team app
- Think of SportsEngine as your account with Ontario Soccer Association(OSA). It will show your OSA membership status, organizations you are part of in OSA, etc.
- (was the previous platform for KMS club sports management and app for teams) They have an app for viewing team rosters, chat communications, team schedules, RSVP, etc. but it is not real time into Competitive Leagues.
- KMS has not determined yet if this App will be available for use in the 2025 Outdoor season
Ontario Soccer is in the process of evaluating a new vendor for a single online platform to simplify and improve the club, player and staff experience with soccer. Selection of the vendor is expected by the fall of 2025.
